#6 Building your business team with Nate Fisher

In this episode, we interview Nate Fisher who has 25 years of experience in multi-family real estate and has been around it since he was 4 years old (we didn’t even count his childhood experience).

Nate discusses growing up in multi-family and how it molded his mindset and work ethic. We discuss how his greatest strength of work ethic made him who he is, but it also became his biggest crutch and created serious challenges in his personal life. This has molded Nate’s mindset around how to leverage and hire others whether that be fractional employees, full time employees, or other industry experts in different areas.  Because of this, Nate himself has become an expert in many areas of real estate and family office planning by surrounding himself with a strong team and listening.

Nate also discusses being a value-add artist and how to create value in multi-family real estate and the impact it can have on a neighborhood and community.

Finally, Nate discusses his keys to success, his willingness to learn, surrounding himself with the smartest people, asking for help and listening to others.

We hope you enjoy this episode of the Moeller Real Estate & Business podcast.
