Meet Phil & Marcia Moeller
Phil Moeller is an entrepreneur, investor, and founder of Moeller Real Estate. Previously, Phil spent 15 years in corporate leadership, ultimately serving as Vice President of Product Management for a Fortune 150 company, overseeing a $500 million P&L and global teams.
A lifelong student of leadership, he has read hundreds of books and interviewed hundreds of leaders on the subject. Phil is the creator of the Purpose Matrix framework, helping leaders break free from burnout and busyness to find clarity, courage, and peace.
He shares these principles through the Purpose Matrix podcast (with over 100,000 views), as well as through business leader luncheons and speaking engagements. Phil’s influence extends from executive boardrooms to community non-profits and schools.
Together, Phil and his wife Marcia are raising their five children, focusing on teaching them the same core values that have shaped their lives with faith as the foundation. Their shared vision is to inspire others to live their God-given purpose.
